Its so cold
Hi All
hello and welcome to my new followers, I hope you enjoy my blog, feel free to leave any comments, I love comments.
Sorry I could not find any give a ways for you on Monday, will look again next week.
Well its so cold here, yes winter as arrived, we have had snow and there is more to follow, I feel so lucky that I do not have to go out.
I have been working on Victorian accessories, a bit different from my usual shabby chic look, my friend Jan who very kindly displays my minis in her shop, asked for me to make these, I made another writing slope, a ladies chatelaine, letter rack and a Victorian mourning necklace, earrings in a box, although these are small minis they take a lot of time to make.
I am not able to get on with my caravan, it needs a lot of sanding down and I need to have the window and door open so that the area is well ventilated, if not it will cause me breathing problems, I may have to put it away for a while and wait for warmer weather.
have a look at what I made

Morning all
Morning All
We have snow, yes snow, for once the forecaster's have got it right, so that means staying in today.
I am back to doing minis for a couple of days now, it seems to be working, splitting my week in half, so that I can do my other crafts as well.
I hope today to get a bit more done on the gypsy caravan, there is so much preparation to do before I can even think of putting it back together, but being a perfectionist its got to be done right. I am excited about decorating it.
I also need to make another Victorian writing slope, one of the girls from Face book saw it and has asked for one.
anyway its Monday, and you know what that means , I am going to fly around the Internet and fins you Give a ways to enter, hope you do enter and let me know if you win,
so off I go

more crafts, help needed
Hi All
I need your opinions, I know this is not mini related, but read on
I am looking at different ways to earn a bit of money, living on benefits does not allow me the luxury of extra cash for my hobbies, I still sell my minis, but it is slow, i think people do not have the money now and when things are difficult one of the first things to go is your hobby,
So here come my idea, and this is where I would love your input, I came up with the idea of a travel set, it will comprise of, bag, luggage tags, passport holder, ticket wallet and a book for a travel log, they will all be in the same fabric, I thought I could also do the same for adults and children.
I thought I could do these as orders only to begin with and cost them at £20.00 the set, this is the first time I have tried with my craft work to sell, usually I just make presents and stuff for the home. So this is where you come in
1. what do you think of the idea?
2. have I priced them right?
3. do you think they would sell?
well I will leave you with photos of the set and await your help. Thank you
